    My daughter and I have completed the body revolution. Didn’t know what to do next so I bought ripped in 30. I started week 4 today. Now what? Do I rotate the dvds? I love, love, love all of the workouts!! I have done strength training for about 25 years and have found Jillian Michaels challenging and fun! I also like that in 30 minutes, it’s over.
