Jillian Michaels is constantly on the craze of outdoing herself. Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD includes 4 level  and I tell you, all of them are difficult in themselves. I’m a semi-pro exerciser, in fact, I was capable of getting through levels 1 and 4 continual on the very first day, however these workout routines still kick my butt.
